Zinsser B-I-N Water Base Primer is a primer-sealer/stain killer/bond coat recommended for application to interior ceilings, walls, doors, trim, cabinets, furniture, and related paintable surfaces. This primer offers a permanent solution to severe stains and odors in a fast-drying formula that works with any topcoat. It may be used to block water, grease, rust, smoke, asphalt, graffiti, and many other types of stains.
