The Old Trapper 40240T is a 2 oz pack of peppered kippered beef steak made by the established brand Old Trapper. It features thick strips of lean beef that are slow-smoked to retain moisture and give a rich, smoky flavor before being generously coated with cracked black pepper for a bold finish.
