This seasoning will make you flip your lid and lose your mind. Simply season whatever you're making with salt and pepper, cook it, flip it, sprinkle top side with a generous amount of seasoning and close the grill lid, cover with a pan lid or cover with foil. No prep, no mess, no cleanup. This rub becomes a glaze in minutes. Its a Meltdown.
