Lift Off Spray Paint and Graffiti Remover 22 ounce breaks the Molecular Bond between paint and surface. Lift Off will not melt or dissolve paint, leaving paint solid and intact for safe and easy clean-up and disposal. Lift Off Enviro Science eliminates the need to use harmful or toxic materials. The bond breaking formula has more affinity for the surface than the paint. It gets under the paint and lifts it off intact, rather than melting it into liquid waste.
