With a 1:1 mixing ratio, it sets in just 6 minutes and is fully cured in 4-6 hours. After mixing, it forms a permanent bond that can be shaped, tapped, filed, sanded, and drilled. KwikWeld cures to a dark gray color, has a tensile strength of 4360 PSI, and withstands temperatures up to 230 degrees F.
