The 36 in. Spike Aerator weighs only 40 lb. for no-hassle maneuverability, portability and simple storage in your garage or garden shed. Heavy-duty spikes penetrate up to 2-1/2 in. to get deep into the soil. When you aerate your lawn, you are opening up the soil surface to let grass roots get the air and moisture it needs for healthy growth. This aerator boasts a universal design that fits all riding mowers and zero turns with a rear hitch pin.
