If you ask Chef J about this rub... It's classic creole cajun flavors with a tiny bit of heat and BIG, BOLD FLAVOR! goes great with chicken, fish, shrimp and even blackened foods. Works like magic on the grill, in a cast iron pan or on a griddle, and versatile in the kitchen too.
