Ride to school or laps around the neighborhood, the Bell Rally is always up for an adventure. The Bell True Fit system helps ensure a proper fit with just a 1-step adjustment and grows with your child from training wheels to two-wheels. 16 vents keep little heads extra cool and the rear reflectors help ensure an enhanced visibility as your kiddo cruises the neighborhood.
