With increasing popularity of sport fishing, the Bayou Skimmer is a vital accessory for every fish-fry event. The 7-in bowl supports large size fillets, while the 18-in handle keeps the cook at a safe distance from hot oil. The wire-mesh bowl rapidly drains cooking oil away from fried fish, chicken, onion rings, hushpuppies, and fries. Also use when boiling peanuts, shrimp and other seafood. Use open loop at handle end to hang on the wall until next event. Perfect compliment to Bayou Fryers, stockpots, fry pots, and dutch ovens.
